At Box Hockey International, Inc., we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.


CANCELLATIONS

If customer wishes to cancel their order, they may do so by calling +1-805-501-6478 within 48 hours and prior to product shipping.  If order is cancelled prior to shipment, customer will be issued a full refund to the method of payment used for order.


RETURNS & REFUNDS

If you are not satisfied with your BOX HOCKEY order, you can request a return and refund within 14 days of the date of delivery.  Original shipping and handling fees will not be refunded.
 
To be eligible for a full refund of the purchase price, your BOX HOCKEY game must be returned in the original packaging and must be unused. If your items are returned used or in damaged condition, or with missing parts, or have signs of abuse, Box Hockey International, Inc. has the right to refuse a refund.  

BOX HOCKEY games that are returned used or in damaged condition, or with missing parts, or have signs of abuse, will require an authorization and will be subject to a 75% restocking fee.

HOW TO RETURN AN ORDER

Orders being returned within the US or Canada are done by calling or emailing our main office and making arrangements.  Prior to returning, photos of product and packaging must be taken and forwarded to Box Hockey International, Inc. at RETURNS@BOXHOCKEY.com.  Customer is responsible for return shipping cost.  Customer can purchase their own shipping or pay for shipping through Box Hockey International, Inc.  For returns with shipping purchased through Box Hockey International, Inc., customer will have their shipping label emailed to them and customer is responsible to apply shipping label onto packaging and to make arrangement for package pickup or drop off at an associated shipping location.

After product has been received and inspected for condition, including any use, damage, missing parts or abuse;  within 5 to 7 business days of receipt of product, refund will be issued to customer via electronic payment and confirmation of electronic payment will be emailed to customer.


Customer assumes all responsibility for shipping and return of product to Box Hockey International, Inc.  For any product not returned, Box Hockey International, Inc., reserves the right to not issue any refund.

RETURNS OUTSIDE OF THE US & CANADA

For all international orders, if customer lives outside of the United States or Canada and wishes to return their order, the same refund eligibility requirements and policy will apply.
